Ned Schabel
SPEX•LITE® is led by second-generation President, Ned Schabel. Ned once said “I’ve never met a company, but I have worked with many people at a company”. This focus on people defines the culture of SPEX•LITE® and is the basis of all of our customer interactions – putting you first.
Ned earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and soon after joined the family business. Ned quickly grew the company to a position of prominence based on quality, innovation and service.
Ned continues to lead SPEX•LITE® with a focus on putting the customers’ needs first and solving their most challenging opportunities. He is a prolific inventor with an engineer’s attention to detail. Ned is driven to provide customers options and guidance to make the decision that is right for them. SPEX•LITE®'s reputation of providing the best solutions at the best price with the greatest efficiencies to customers nationwide is all thanks to Ned.
David Schabel
David Schabel serves as SPEX•LITE®'s Vice President focusing on improving customers' experience, growing our partner relationships and introducing new products.
David earned his degree in Marketing from Miami University. He joined SPEX•LITE® after 10 years working on sales, strategy and project management with Fortune 100 and mid-sized companies. David is passionate about making buying the best lightweight fillers the easiest item on our customers' to-do list. David enjoys earning repeat / word of mouth referral business.
